We had the privilege once again to work with United Way in raising awareness to Bismarck’s non-profits in need of help and support. United Way does such an amazing job, it is always a blessing to be able to work along side them in helping those less fortunate and in helping make our communities a better place to live.

Matt & Alex asked me to take their engagement photos and I got excited! They’re both great looking people and very photogenic. The weather though, did not participate. So instead of sunny, we grabbed some umbrellas and made even better shots than with the sun!

Competition Video – Adventure

Shot and edited over a two day period in Big Sky Montana for The Sierra Trading Post contest. We’re excited to see how it does in the competition!

When I thought about the theme adventure, and the fact that it was winter, snowboarding was of course the first thing that came to mind. As I thought about how to shoot the adventure though, I realized that snowboarding is so much more than the ride.
It’s the road. It’s the getting up early to cut the first tracks. It’s the cold on your face and the view on a clear day. It’s the waking up to fresh powder, and of course it’s the riding too

I’m excited to tell you about not only The Season, but also the west coast tour and journey I’ve decided to document.
Starting today I will be accompanying The Season on the road documenting their journey across the west coast in search of what all bands dream of. As we go along I’ll be doing a mix of online documentation found here and a full length video documentary of this band’s heart aches, experiences and victories. Tweet
